Shipping & return

SHIPPING

Once we received your order, please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. We are a small team and every piece is made by the order, we greatly appreciate your patience.

DK and EU orders will be shipped with GLS, which takes 1-5 business days. 

Rest of the world will be shipped with UPS, which takes between 1-7 business days. Custom taxes may be added to receive your order.

 

RETURN

Please note that we do not do refund, but we would gladly exchange to another size or color. Please let us know by sending an email to hello@ami-muse.com no later than 14 days after you received your order.
